O Rio
Na sexta fui ao Catete. Sai do metro e, olhando para o alto, a primeira coisa que vi foram os sobrados de dois andares da rua. Tinha luz vindo de dentro das janelas do alto, o que dava um efeito todo especial. E me deu uma onda de amor pela cidade, ali parada, na saida do metro em uma rua movimentada e cheia de supermercados populares. A beleza no meio do caos. Este e' o Rio, tao feio e tao lindo ao mesmo tempo. Nao consigo perder a sensacao de a cidade ainda nao e' minha casa. Espero que me sinta assim um dia, porque na verdade nem Londres nem Sao Paulo sao. Essa sensacao de nao ser de lugar nenhum poderia ser poetica se nao fosse, de fato, triste. Mas isso tem menos a ver com a cidade do que comigo. Mas por via das duvidas, amanha vou sair, sair para andar pelas ruas, sentar em um cafe, ler as duas Empires que chegaram quase juntas depois da greve dos correios, tomar um capuccino e comer um brownie. Ai eu vou olhar para a rua e sorrir. Sorrir para a cidade. Vamos ver se ela sorri de volta para mim...
